What to write about
Any of these is welcome:
- help with your account, a sign-in problem or a billing problem or question,
- a request to see, download, correct or delete your data, written from the email address on your account,
- a report about content or behaviour, with a link and a short description (you can also use the report option in the app),
- an appeal, if you think a ban or other action on your account was a mistake,
- a security problem, with the steps to reproduce it,
- a copyright notice, as described on the copyright page,
- a request from a court or the authorities,
- press or partnership questions,
- a mistake on one of the pages.
What helps us answer
Tell us your username, which page or part of the app you mean, what you expected and what you saw. If it is about your data or your account, say so in the first line and write from the email address on the account, so we can check it is you. Do not send your password.
Where we are
Yappio is run by an individual in the United States. We do not publish a postal address or a company registration. Email is the way to reach us.
